Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know about computers?
No. You write to Nora as you would to a colleague, on your computer or your phone, and she shows you the result. A web browser is all you need to start.
What if Nora gets a quote wrong?
Nothing goes out without you. Every quote, invoice or email to a customer, a property manager or the grid operator is shown to you before it is sent. You correct it or approve it, even from the building site.
Where does my customers’ data go?
Your files stay on your computer, or in your troopio Cloud space, in Europe. To work, Nora sends the context of each task to our artificial intelligence provider in China, with no contractual safeguards to date.
